 The Art of Living in Joy

Simple acceptance of Joy leads to ascension of consciousness; mind body and spirit

This life can be chaotic even as we shine so bright....

Take a moment to sit and breath in the energy of Truth, Simplicity and Love. Bring these together and allow them to unify within the heart and breathe with the breath of Love, see with eyes of Love and hear the words of Love

Joy, Truth, Simplicity, Love and Service  

This life can leave us feeling battered and bruised as we cruise thro its steps of living. Often we rush headlong and blinkered so fast onto the next that we miss the Joy of sitting in this Now. As we stride through these ever quickening heaven and earth energies which flow within these times we are changing quickly, so quickly that sometimes we forget why we are changing, we forget why we are here and life becomes a survival instinct as we struggle to process these changes.

Sometimes, as we go through these changes we laugh, we feel Divine and we have a knowing of Pure and Simple Joy. Other times we are confused, lonley and even abandoned by all which we knew of as Truth. We grieve for the 'old us' and struggle to let go of the sorrows of yesterday; what made us happy yesterday may even cause us distress today. These are times to be kind and gentle, take time to stop and evaluate what is beautiful within life, evaluate our goals and aims and most of all Breathe.

As we evolve we become aware that all and everything is the consciousness of God. All highs and all lows, all heaven and all hell are simple manifestations of various frequencies of God. We become aware of simple choices which are open to us, by sitting breathing and allowing ourselves to step into alignment with our own God frequency we can calmly navigate the steps of this life with joy and ease.

The trick is to find our particular frequency and stand within it, learn from it and grow within it. When we have learned all we can from that particular frequency we Blossom, as a flower in spring time and re birth into a new and finer energy or God frequency.

At this time in the evolution of Earth and humanity, many are Blossoming into new and finer frequencies of light, many carry the energy of Higher frequency Light and Love. We are all bestowed with the gift of Joy, Love, Delight and Service.

Truth, Simplicity, Love and Service.

We become Ambassadors of Light upon this earth having Blossomed into finer frequencies of God Consciousness we create lives of Joy, we co create heaven on earth and we live as one with all that is.

As we Blossom we take the time to stop, dance a little in the breeze of Life, feel the peace and Joy of being who we are right now and look around in gratitude and passionate Joy as we fully realise the beauty of Living!
